Sunshine Outshines the Competition

I recently watched the movie Sunshine, and to say the least, it's a movie that could rival the likes of Star Wars.

To give a brief synopsis, a crew aboard the space shuttle, Icarus II, must deliver a massive atomic bomb to the center of Sol (our sun, for those of you who don't know) in order to ignite the dying star once again.

Although I wish I could say the movie was flawless, some of the physics elements were a little questionable. However, by the time you thought about them, you were lost in the awe of the special effects and the suspense of the plot.

I recommend this motion picture to all who can see it. This quest to save a star deserves five of them.

Imposing Restrictions on Our Music

That's right. With the new bill (C-61) on the table of the House of Commons, our PM, Stephen Harper, would create a music environment where it is illegal to publish a copyrighted song, share it, copy and paste from DRM'd books, and even RIP CD'S! Any of these actions would be punishable by a $20,000 fine.

Stand up for your musical rights, stand up against bill C-61.
